Qualification	:	Candidate should be minimum Graduate With CAIB or L.L.B./ M.Com or any P.G. qualification(Except Arts).
Experience	:	The Candidate should have worked atleast for 15 years in any scheduled commercial bank or Urban Co-operative Bank.Having experience of work in Scale IV or above grade in Scheduled Bank and/or as AGM in any Urban Co-operative Bank for not less than 5 years. Any applications not fulfilling above criteria of experiences will not be entertained.
Age Limit	:	Candidate should be of maximum 55 years of age (The same can be relaxed in case of suitable candidate).
Knowledge of Modern Banking System and IT is essential.

Post : Assistant General Manager(HR) Location : Rajkot Last Date : 12/03/2015 Qualification : First Class Graduate. MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labour Welfare preferred (can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years experience in HR in scheduled Bank) Experience : The candidate should have worked in scale IV or above in any Commercial Bank or with large & reputed financial institution or Urban Co-op. Bank. Minimum 15 years experience out of which 5 years experience of working in HR department in a managerial cadre is essential. The functions of HR department include Industrial Relations, Staff welfare training & dealing with Staff union. Age Limit : 50 years (Can be relaxed in case of suitable candidate) The selected persons will be in charge of the department at Rajkot. The appointment will be made on contractual basis with a consolidated fix salary of Rs.25000/- to 38,400/- p.m. depending upon qualification and experience. Knowledge of Modern Banking System and IT is essential.
