Name of Post: Regional Head
Age Limit: Maximum age of the candidate should be 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have Passed Post Graduation with CAIIB or CA. from the recognized University or Institute and having minimum 10 years of banking experience. The incumbent should be Sales oriented, Target driven and have strong Retail grounding with technical skills in Marketing of Assets and building Savings/Current deposits across branches. Exposure in areas of Credit appraisal/Monitoring/ Recovery would be added advantage.
Pay Scale: Remuneration would be attractive on CTC basis, negotiable and commensurate with deliverable.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test and / or Group Discussion and / or Personal Interview.
